Accommodation
A number of rooms in different hotel categories in walking distance from the conference venue have been reserved to offer competitive room rates for conference participants. The list of hotels is given below. The reservation deadline is April 30, 2014 or when blocks of rooms get filled out. After that rooms with special price are subject to availability.
Keyword "IAU 308" must be given to receive the special conference price.
Please follow booking instructions given at each hotel.
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with credit card or prepayment.
Check-in time at the hotels is from 14.00. The hotels will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals before 14.00. The official check-out time is at 12.00. Late check-outs will be on request basis and subject to availability.
